This menu dynamically generates its items from the history of the Address bar, listing recently typed or copied paths. The items are arranged chronologically, with the most recently entered path appearing at the top. However, paths that no longer exist, such as deleted folders or disconnected USB drives, are not displayed in the menu. The path names in the menu are abbreviated, but a tooltip reveals the full path when hovering over each item.

When a destination (directory) is selected, the menu checks if direct navigation is possible. If not, opens a new window. This smart feature minimizes opening a new window for each selected destination. Holding the Shift key always opens a new window for selected destinations.
Users have the option to enable or disable both the Address bar history and the contextual menu through Windows settings. When disabled, all history records are cleared.
